We are a small inn and do not overbook. Your room is guaranteed; as a consequence we must pursue a strict policy in respect to cancellations. Please satisfy yourself that you understand our deposit and cancellation policy as outlined below.
DEPOSIT: A $50.00 per room, per night deposit will be processed on a credit card at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION: An administration charge of $25.00 is withheld from the return of deposit for cancellations to room reservations. In the event of a cancellation, five days notice must be given, otherwise the entire stay will be processed on the credit card.
CHECK-IN: You are welcome to check into your room any time after 3:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
RATES: Rack room rates are subject to Harmonized Sales Tax (13%). All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rack rates do not include breakfast.
OCCUPANCY POLICY: Our rack rates are based on double occupancy. For single occupancy please deduct $10.00 per night. A third person in the room is $25.00 plus taxes. Children under 12 years old stay with an adult complimentary.
NON-SMOKING POLICY: Effective March 1, 2004 the Westover Inn is totally non-smoking.
DINING: The Westover Inn has a full service dining room offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. During the festival season, reservations are recommended for lunch and dinner.
CREDIT CARDS: We accept most major credit cards. If you are using currency other than the Canadian Dollar we suggest exchanging it at a bank for the highest rate of exchange.
