 During peak season (May–October), a 35% deposit is required at the time of booking. If you cancel more than 7 days prior to your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged for the full stay. 


Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM the following day. If you are hoping to check in early during peak season (May–October), please note that early check-in cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on same-day departures. We recommend calling us the morning of your arrival to check with housekeeping regarding room availability. 


During the peak season our front desk is open Wednesday and Sunday from 8am-4pm and open Thursday-Saturday from 8am-8pm. 


 Yes, we offer an after-hours check-in process for guests, which is included in your confirmation email at the time of booking. 


No, Westover Inn does not allow pets, except for service animals.


 We have a limited number of mobility-friendly rooms available. Our Cottage Suite and Cottage King (one of each) are our most accessible rooms and are located on the main level of the cottage and can be accessed without stairs. Please note, these rooms do not have walk-in showers.


The Terrace building has a main level that requires ascending 7 steps, while the second floor is accessible only by two full flights of stairs. There is no elevator in this building.


Our Manor building has a ramp leading to the restaurant and front desk area; however, guest rooms are located on the second floor and are accessible by stairs only, as there is no elevator.


 We are pleased to offer complimentary parking for both overnight guests and guests visiting our restaurant, with ample parking available on-site. 


 No, we do not have a washroom on the main level of the restaurant. However, the basement washrooms can be accessed via an exterior ramp leading to the lower level. 


 Yes, we offer both an EV charger and a Tesla charger for the use of overnight guests and restaurant patrons only. Charging is not available for outside guests.

Dining Room Closure

The restaurant officially closes for the season on October 27th, 2025.  Our accommodations remain open year-round, so you can still escape to the countryside anytime. Click below to explore nearby dining options once the restaurant closes.
